During our site audit, we uncovered a lot of different issues that needed to be addressed. The site architecture needed to be redone along with the primary navigation so that the user can easily identify the items they’re looking for and navigate around. The site also had a lot of dead ends and broken links that were opportunities to cross or upsell. And aesthetically, it was dated and came off a bit gimmicky.
